Although there is no specific minimum balance to show maintenance of funds, it is a good idea to show funds in your bank account. How recent should my latest bank statement be? Is it 28 days, 30 days, 31 days, or one calendar month? Where on the UKBA website mentions this?


I got 28 days from the 28-day rule.

I got 30 days from the 180-day continuous residence requirement rule. (Each month is considered to have 30 days.)

I got 31 days from http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas ... intenance/. ("The most recent bank statement must show a date within 31 days before the date of your application.")
