Please i need urgent help

Post by salim_carcela » Fri Nov 02, 2012 10:10 am

Hello everybody,

This is my first time here and i think this is the best website for immigration i have ever seen.
I am a male living in England i have been married to an English woman for 22 months and we are still married but i think we will get divorced soon as the relationship is getting very bad because our financial situation is bad as she is not allowing me to work a full time job even if i can get a job easily, she is also telling me to do illegal things which i do not want to do at all. My biggest concern is my son who is 1 year old if we get divorced what is it going to happen to me? will i have to go back home and leave my son here? i am really worried about it i don't mind going back home but i love my son and do not want to leave him in the UK and go home, and nobody would like to leave his kids.

Please i really need help regarding my situation, it's rarely when you see a man crying but i do sometime when i think about leaving my son.

I have given you a link to the steps that are necessary to preserve your immigration status in the UK. It would be useful to specify what you don't understand about the information provided in the link and then readers can fill in the gaps in your understanding of what you need to do. This is not a family law forum so specific advice on your relationship issues may my not be forthcoming.
