Section 3C

What is the reason(s) of refusal of your application?

only one reason spent 157 days out of UK for business trip. they said it was not essential for business means business won't affected if this trip haven't carried out

Were you paid in the UK during this absence?
If you have dependants, did they remain in the UK during your absence?
Other than mentioning the absence as one for business / employment reasons in a supporting letter, did your employer attempt to explain why "you" were chosen for the overseas assignment and why this absence was necessary for work that you do / are skilled in?

sorry for late reply. i didnt have dependant at that time i was single. I went back as a contractor through limited company to complete the project.
i was not paid in UK at that time but on return they did paid me. I have paid tax on that as well. ya my employer did mentioned why he sent me and the purpose. i was skilled in that area thats why they sent me. and the project is operational as well.

2 times i ask from MP to check the status and after 3 days i wrote letter to CW and i got refused. may be they don't like to contact dunno.

any suggestion ?

I thought you are allowed 180 days out of the U.K. Has this changed? I have an appointment for ILR on Monday.

No change but there is also a rule of not more than 90 days in a single trip!!

that is NOT right

according to

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... iew=Binary

Time spent outside the UK
Continuous residence is not considered broke if the applicant:
 was absent from the UK for six months or less at any one time, and
 had existing leave to enter or remain when they left and when they returned – this can include leave gained at port when returning to the UK as a non visa national, see related link: non visa nationals.

can anyone please check ?

it is 180 days a time , not 90 days a time

Just a classic case of a topic being hijacked.
