Please help deportation rules

Hello All

I was married to a British man over 1 year ago and after few months he started to treat me as a slave and would not provide food, most nights I don't eat anything. Now I have a child from him over a month old and he's not providing his needs,no milk or nappies, I have a cousin who helps me to buy milk etc.

I think I had enough now and, I have tried everything to work out our relaionship but sadly it's just working out sometimes I feel killing myself.

He's now threatening to deport me without my child, I can't live without my child. I'm on a 2 year probationary marriage visa and wanted to know if he can deport me please advise what steps I can take.
