In What time shall I apply for FLR(M) for my wife

Hi,

I came to UK on WP, than switched to Tier 2 (ICT). This year in October I got my ILR. My wife joined me in early this year, so she is still on Tier 2 (ICT) dependent visa, which expires in January this year.

Can anyone please confirm when should I spply for FLR(M) for my wife.
Can she travel abroad on her existing Tier 2 (ICT) dependent visa and if needed can she apply for ILR dependent from abroad (INDIA).

Please help.
