Settlement Visa for dependants VAF4

Post by chopmymoney » Mon Nov 12, 2012 3:49 pm

Hi All,

I've got my ILR recently through 5yrs Tier1. Am hoping to bring down my family, altogether 4 dependants. Am alright with my income criteria with over 27k income. My worry is;

1. Do I have to maintain my account like for Tier1? If yes, how much altogether and for how long? If no, then little bit of OD here and there is it ok?
2. Is it must to rent an accomodation? Is there alternatives like a letter from estate agent kind of thing?

Please advise!

Many Thanks in advance!

As far as I know, there is no need to maintain funds as such, the main thing is the income criteria. I have did the same for my application
