Hi Patt,

Sorry for the late response.

Offer letter is the initial offer they made to me, which I accepted before joining the company, it mentions my starting date and other details like address etc.

The employer letter is a more general letter which I requested recently and included information like starting date, designation, current salary commitments and the fact that they need my services for the foreseeable future.

I guess employer letter is a supersedes the offer letter.

Sorry for the confusion. No update on my situation btw, still waiting for approval by post.
