I was wondering, in places like Bermuda, Gibraltar etc, can a British Citizen in the UK recieve a passprt for one of these countries if he has no ties to it? As they are a British Overseas Terratory?

Citizens of British Overseas Territories can fairly easily get British citizenship (under the British Overseas Territories Act 2002, sections 3 through 5). However, quite unfairly, British citizens vice versa are solely subject to local immigration laws of the British Overseas Territories.
