Hi

Can two entrepreneurial team members apply from two different countries?

For example I live in the UK and my team member lives in India, is it possible if we can apply for visa as an entrepreneurial team from our respective countries.

The only reason why I want to do this is that I am pregnant and I would not be able to fly back to India and I still have got valid UK visa till 4 Feb, 2013.

I am at Tier1 PSW permit and my entrepreneurial team member is in India but she don't have any visa

Are you expecting to apply as a team with a capital sum of 50K or 200K? You can't apply as a team at the lower 50K threshold if you are both not on the same category of leave that qualifies for this. For you to apply at the lower 50K threshold, she would need to be inside the UK with a PSW visa like you (which obviously she is not). Therefore, to apply as a team in your current circumstances you will need 200K.

Yes, I have £200000 from a third party.
We fulfil all the requirements but my only question is that are we allowed to apply from two different countries.

There is nothing (that I can see) to suggest that it's not possible. I would suggest that you don't try this quite complicated procedure yourselves and leave it to a professional to sort out the various bundles that need to be submitted both inside and outside the UK.
