You got the EC on 26th March 2008 but when did you enter the UK first time ?

Give as many details as you can in one post which will be easy for the people to answer your queries.

Moreover please read out the basic FAQs - http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=79378 before posting any questions

your application window is the 28 days leading to 5th anniversary of your in-country visa stamp date.

your peo booking window is 42 days before the application window.
Please do not send me PM if I haven't sent you one yet.

Based on the information provided you will be eligible to apply for ILR upto 28 days before your 5th anniversary from EC date. I.e. 26th March 2013 - 28days.

If you require a PEO appointment, then you will only be able to book one for the above date, upto 42 days before it. The reason being the UKBA only appear to release appointments upto 42 days in advance.

Please also read the ILR FAQ sticky as suggested by the previous poster.

1. Read the settlement policy guidance, SET(O) form and SET(O) guidance for documentary evidences required. Alternatively, search the forum for information posted by self-employed applicants.
2. There are numerous posts in the forum indicating that applications from self-employed applicants are accepted (and may be approved on the same day) at Birmingham PEO. If in doubt, search.
