EEA family permit - 5 years - public unds and benefits

Post by veryclear » Tue Nov 20, 2012 11:21 am

Dear people,

My husband has received his 5 years EEA family permit.

I was wondering after those 5 years he will apply for the PR.

But if we or if I claim housing benefit or low income benefit will it have a bad influence on his application in the future. Can I claim or shouldn't I ??

Please let me know.

Thank you in Advance

You have an existing thread: http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?p=734046

Maybe it is best to keep the conversation there so that people have as much context as possible.
