Hi,
Thank you for your reply. I was trying to download the form and book an appointment for premium service, is the form SET (o) that looks for dependant? I some how wasnt able to find the form. Any links greatly appreciated.

1. You may apply for settlement, if eligible, while your spouse's entry clearance application is under process.
2. The answer is available in the topic referred to in the response above. Read it.
3. The changes, with regards to absences, will apply to all "already submitted but undecided on 13-Dec-12" applications as well. So, up to you when you wish to apply.

Thanks a lot SushDMehta for a very quick reply. I got both 1 and 3 questions answered. I did check a lot of the post you have put up, but the post seems to be old as there were rules which have changed JUly 2012.
Sorry to be asking again, but would you please let me know if I apply for my wife's PR after I have done mine is it okay? or is it illegal for her to stay in tier 1 dependant visa when my visa status has changed?
