UK Experience Query, 0 Point- Urgent Please

Post by holla007 » Wed Nov 28, 2012 11:09 pm

The policy says you must earn at least £25,000 in the Uk experience attributes for Tier1 general (extension) category if you are not under the rule in place before 6th April 2010 and has not been granted leave in any other category other than these since 6th April 2010 to be able to get 5-points for the Uk experience.
My question is this, what happen if other points added together are up to 95 or 100 as the case maybe in other attributes but you do not have any point under the UK experience attribute i.e. 0 point, does that affect your application or does the UKBA make it compulsory to have the 5 points under the UK experience attributes even if all other attribute total are up to 95/100 points and even if part of the UK earnings that was made is not up to £25000 to get 5 points in the Uk experience.

All authentic and reliable contributions will be appreciated from anybody and most of all has anyone try the extension and succeed without the UK experience Thanks.

In order to get your extension you must secure the minimum points, in this case 100 points.

It does not matter if you get the points under UK experience category as long as you meet the points required for extension.

Read the latest UKBA guide line http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... dance2.pdf if you have got any doubts.

Dont worry, you would be alright as long as you have the required points for extension.

rule in place before 6 April 2010 and other eligible categor

Post by holla007 » Thu Nov 29, 2012 11:01 am

Hi All,

Now my question is this, does the rule in place before 6 April 2010 means from the period/year they started with the Tier 1 General/HSMP till 6 April 2010; or the rule means from 6 April 2010 till the present date (28 Nov 2012).

Please I need better clarifications from the group
Many Thanks ahead of your contributions.

If your Tier 1 visa was granted in Sept 2010, how can you fall under the rule in place before 6th April 2010?

You will fall into the other category.
