Tier-4 to Tier-2

Dear All

I got job on tier-4 visa and I am working with my company since September my visa expired on 27-11-2012 and I made my tier-2 application today without sponsor licence[2 days over stay], Licence is in Under urgent consideration in HO. As suggested by solicitor make application asap with covering letter from company and all the communication with HO[all emails].

my questions are:

1- what are the possible out comes of the application.
2- will they put my application on hold until we get licence.
3- Am I able to work under these circumstances with the same company?

3. You became an overstayer on 28-Nov-12 therefore not allowed to work in the UK (until such date that your Tier 2 application is approved). Making an out of time application does not make you eligible to work.
