what are my chances?

Post by madam » Sun Dec 02, 2012 8:12 pm

Applied for ilr in June using the long stay route, 10 years!Been living here legally but here are the complications. Didnt include my baby simply cos it was too expensive and supported my partners asylum app before i have even got my ilr!!!Partner Used the acknowldegement letter from HO for his own app. I am so stressed about this whole thing and thinking a decision will be delayed because of this? Please give me your views.thanks :(

What an excellent, informative post. I really do expect to see lots of responses telling you exactly what your prospects of a successful application might be.

At least you made the right decision not to include your baby on your application. That was pure genious (if you had not read the form thoroughly before posting)
Please do not send me PM if I haven't sent you one yet.

There is no need for sarcasm, he/she had asked a simple polite question expecting an answer.
