Good News for Tier 1 General Holders from 13 December...

Post by MACY » Mon Dec 03, 2012 7:46 pm

I came across the new policy changes, and i read that from 13 December all the tier1 g holders can live abroad 180 days every year. Before it was 90Days in any one year and 180 days in total 5 years. This is to fulfil the requirement of getting settlement.

Second there is a new policy guidance for tier1 General from 13 December i was wondering if there is any changes in policy from this month. Please let me & others know. Thanks

This is great news for people who need to travel for work. Where is this listed, by the way? Can you post a link please? I can see only the old one (till 13 Dec 12 one) on the UKBA site
