appeal was dismissed

HELP!

My appeal was dismissed by the 1st tier tribunal (immigration and aslum chamber). I am allowed to apply to the 1st tribunal for permission to appeal to the upper tribunal. If it was refused, I am allowed to apply directly to the upper tribunal for permission to appeal to the upper tribunal. If it was refused, I am allowed to apply to the Upper tribunal for permission to appeal to the court of appeal ...

I am allowed to stay in the UK legally until my appeal right is finally exhausted. Is it the case?
