ILR at PEO Solihull

Hi ,

Please for people that had thier at PEO Solihull, please can you confirm if they give letter that your application has been successful same day pending the time they post your BR card.

the issue here is that i am applying for my ILR on a friday at 12.30pm and my hubby have appointment the following tuesday at 10am for FLR(M) since he has not spent up to 2yrs.

I plan to include my letter receive from Solihull confirming that my ILR has been granted.

Please advvise

i thought you do not need to spend 2yrs for dependent to apply

@ brian78 - the new rule says that my dependent must have spent 2yrs in this country to qulaified for ILR.

My hubby got leave to enter/remain as my dependants on tier ! general in aug 2011. he came into the country same August 2011.
i am due for my ILR and as my hubby has not spent up to 2 yrs in the UK, i cannot include him in my applcation using Set (O) form. he has to extend his visa using form (FLR M).

Please pple advise if am wrong
