SAR file is a copy of the data an agency holds about you. UKBA SAR report should ideally include all the applications you made to UKBA, your entry exit records and other communications with UKBA.
There is no requirement to include a SAR report with any ILR application. It is for your information only. UKBA would do their own checks which would be similar to doing another SAR report.

Providing you've supplied evidence to cover your residency for the lost passport period, you should be fine.

Including extra information is ok, providing the photo meets the guidance that'll be ok too.

Providing evidence to cover the period of your lost passport is what's important other documents are not.

Add also some bank statements to cover the period of the lost passport, perhaps one for every 4 months.

esmsi wrote:Language Requirement Confusion
May be a very basic question.
What is the language requirement for main applicant and language requirement for dependent ?
If some one pass life in the uk test now and applies after 28 October , does it any advantage?
And also is it same for ILR and naturalization ?

For settlement, in addition to the LIUK there will be a B1 English requirement after 28-Oct-2013.
If you satisfied a B1 English requirement for entry clearance then that should suffice. Alternatively, a degree which is comparable to a UK degree which was taught in English should suffice.

However, for a foreign degree taught in English, one must get letter from foreign univ and give to NARIC with fee, inorder to get Letter from naric for English requiremet to be fullfilled.
