The only comment I would make is that if the SE salary is very small, comes at the end of the financial year you are claiming, and is vital to your overall points-score, you should absolutely make sure that the relevant paperwork is completely straightforward at-a-glance, is genuine and verifiable. I would even suggest that you apply by post instead, as in such cases, they will want to take a good look at the books which may require them to hold on to the application. The reason for this is fraud prevention. It's not unknown for a guy who is 1000 short of the mark to invoice a friend for that amount with no actual work being done in a genuine capacity.

many thanks. the SE salary is geninue. it was a way of making extra money for me and also to help meet up with mark. was short of 2.5k and started d biz and biz still on going even after meeting up.
so its not the 2.5k for SE but abt extra 2k pd into my acct for last 4mths when i started.

guess that should be enough reason to see that it wasnt a oneoff thing to meetup but it has been conitonous.

What do u think and any other advise or expereince in house?

Thanks

I still think they may still hold off on a decision at the PEO, but as long as you go in expecting not to be granted on the day (but having paid for the privilege), anything that happens to the contrary will be a bonus!

just called my accountant and he said better to post than to appear as they would drill with me questions and all sort.

@splashing

Make sure your PAYE/NI VAT etc. are all paid to HMRC and highlighted in your business bank statements (or whichever bank you use to pay them). This makes your case stronger. I was grilled about them.
