Contact your MP and explain the situation. Ask them if they can help - they would usually write to the Visa office.

Not possible. Here in UK, MP will not even talk to you about any matter if its going through courts. If they do, then they might end up loosing their job as an MP.

Write to the Visa office yourself and get confirmation that the appeal notification has been received from AIT (for your peace of mind)

You cannot write to visa office or any office if your appeal is pending. Your one and only point of contact can be tribunal and tribunal alone.

Book a holiday to and visit your partner for a couple of weeks in February - tickets are around £450 at the moment.

No point as any application will be a straight refusal.

Hello,

I have a question:
if the appeal is allowed, does that basically mean the visa is a guarantee??

Thanks

Not guaranteed. The Home Office has the right to appeal to the Upper Tribunal. This happens very rarely though
