FLR(M) - PEO appointment on Wednesday - Urgent...

Post by ap007 » Sun Dec 09, 2012 9:31 pm

Hello All,

I'd like to get some valuable advice from anyone with experience of FLR(M) application at a PEO please...

I'm currently on ILR and my wife will be applying for FLR(M) on Wed 13th Dec at a PEO to extend her stay in the UK as my partner.

She is currently on a Tier(2) Dependent visa and her current stay ends on 1st Jan 2013.

Could you please let me know if I need to accompany her for the appointment or can she go on her own? If she does go on her own, does she have to carry my original passport and BRP confirming my ILR status?

Also, I've another question to prove we are co-habiting. Other than a council tax bill and car insurance, we don't have any other letter with both our names on it! She does work full time, so she has her pay slips,, her own bank statements, NHS card etc etc with our current address on it. She will also be carrying my bank statements, my payslips, my NHS card etc too.. I hope that will be sufficient evidence?

She does meet the English language and Financial requirement and has the evidence for this.

Thanks,
AP
