hello,

I am an ILR holder and am just looking to apply for my British passport.

My wifes history is as follows WP + WP Extn + Tier2 ICT + Tier2 Extn + most recent added as dependent on my ILR (Jan 2012).

She is currently a dependent on my ILR, however we have been married for 6 years and she has been with my in the UK all along.

My question is whether i can apply for here Naturalisation with my application based on the fact that we have been married and living together in the UK for more than 3 years?
