educated Yank moving to Scotland

Hi, will moving to Scotland in a couple of weeks (Dumbarton). Once I get married (20 Jan), and get my fiance visa slid into a spouse visa, I will be able to work in the UK without restrictions.

So I'm just looking for some pointers on how to go about finding a job. I have a Bachleors of Science degree in Business (logistics and marketing concentrations) from the University of Tennessee, as well as a Masters in Computer Information Systems from Middle Tennessee State University. If anyone has had a similar experience in immigrating and finding a job, please let me know. And any other tip(s) would be much appreciated.
