Letter from Employer (ROR)what to include?

I am a bit stuck what important information to request to be listed on letter from Employer conforming EEA member employment.
Considering that she works part time 16 hours p/w for 1,5 year before divorce and been a student at the same time.
I am applying for ROR eea2 and also whic section to fill in for her employment as Section 6 is only if you applying as family member as clearly I am not now.
I do understand letter should include the obvious
period ,hours,position but I am not sure how address the following
"the essential point is that the person provides services during a given time for and under the direction of another in return for remuneration"
I would appreciate any thoughts given.

Dont worry abt section 6, just include the letter and forget about the student aspect. 15/ 16 hrs is genuie enough to prove she worked.
Section 4 is more appealing to your case ok.
