Thanks for the reply. I called UKBA today and she said this was true but at the same time stated that as a student, my right to work expires 4 months from the completion of my studies (which is when my visa also expires). Is it really correct that my visa will NOT expire after 4 months while I wait for the application results, but my right to work will?wpilr_nov12 wrote:1. If you filed an 'in-time' application, and until a decision is made on that application, you continue to be bound by the conditions of your existing leave.
2. If your current leave has work restrictions, then you will continue to have those until a decision is made on your ongoing application.
Thank you, I'll read this. Yes an opinion from an expert would be great!wpilr_nov12 wrote:Read through http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... iew=Binary
However, would you need to continue attend some form of educational institution during the 3C leave? Maybe experts can weigh in.
