Question on resident labour market test advertisement

Post by rami1988 » Sat Dec 22, 2012 5:49 pm

Can the salary say on the advertisement 'competitive' ? i.e. in industries/companies where it is the norm.

I have read this previously:

d) an indication of the salary package or salary range or terms on offer (please also see
paragraphs 232 and 597d) which explain how this is important when you assign a CoS);

However, its still vague, as 'an indication' could be anything.

If it is the norm in your industry then yes. But just to be on the safe side put the actual number or a range.
