i got acknowledgement letter for ilr on 01/04/2008
i got my ilr sticker in my passport dated 01/07/2010
so when can i apply for naturilisation
can anyone advise me please
sorry abou my question
i mean acknowledgement that apply first time in uk
before 2008
i was overstayed

You could have applied already if you meet the residential requirements :

5 years; or
3 years if married to a BC

It is usually 12 months after you have received ILR (free from immigration restrictions) except if you are married to a BC and have 3 years residence.

It would help if you posted you immigration/visa history, including absences.

Why do you have more than a 2 year gap between acknowlegdement letter and ILR in passport?
