It depends on the doctor. They wont do the X-ray, but will do a normal check and give you a certificate. I did for my son in bangalore.

In this very forum, I have read rejection of application for kids because of no certificate.

Essentially, doctor will (may) not perform a x-ray due to exposure after health check.

But, you STiLL need a doctor's 'letter' saying it.
Check out this forum, if you want to. Post might be in last 3-4 months.

Googled the link..

TB Test for Dependents aged 6 and below for Pakistan

Post by msarwar » Fri Dec 28, 2012 11:41 am

As copy-pasted from UKBA web site::

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/count ... %20English

You do not need to have a TB test if you are:

a child under the age of 11;
a holder of a diplomatic passport; or
a returning UK resident.

My Query Remains:
Do one needs to go to clinician for the Dependents Aged 6 and below in PAKISTAN?

If yes, I could not find any list of Classified clinicians for Pakistan. Can anybody provide any link to the Clasified clinicians for Pakistan on UKBA Website?
