Wouldn't it be best for your Belgian partner just to become employed, or self-employed? And by self-employed I do not mean the business that he is currently working towards. I mean something that he can do now!

Hint .... there are lots of people who have an online business, selling items on the likes of eBay ... and quite a few of those businesses will be full-time, or a substantial part-time. Maybe get along to your local Cash & Carry and identify what you can buy in bulk, which you can then sell online at a profit.

Just an idea. The fact is that as soon as your partner is employed or self-employed, your problem goes away and you can just apply for a Residence Card.

Hi John thanks for the speedy reply
that's what we think about that become a registered seller to eBay and start doing online services because we talk to our accountant and suggest that one which I think it's good idea which we think about it,
He's already seek help in solvit in Belgium and they said he's exercising treaty rights here but the ukba is not satisfied

But the problem John is the letter from ukba Bristol that they send me that I need to leave the country on March 04,2013, what do you I do? Do you I need to ollow that one?
Because starting to be a seller is not easy as only few days to do?
I'm worried about the letter?

Hi there after a long thing happen I haven't re apply residence because of lack of documents from my partner and since I received a letter from ukba that I need the country last march 4,2013 but I'm still here but I already book my ticket April 7,2013 to leave the ukba I'm scared I'm going to arrested
Is there any complication might happen because I didn't leave the country on he's date instead after a month?

Hi nidaulhaque thank you for the speedy reply but the problem I need to leave the country because of the letter from ukba that saying I need to leave the country because I haven't made any application after upper tribunal dismissed my appeal
And it's not easy to start business straight away so it's going to be hard we already have business account an accountant but no ni contribution and tax
Hope I can come back here soon when my partner is already ok

And it's not easy to start business straight away ........
Clearly it depends upon the nature of the business. But some businesses are extremely easy and quick to set up. For example, your go to a Cash & Carry in the morning, buy a quantity of items that you think you can sell at a profit, then list them on eBay (or similar), and thus you start selling!

In other words, by this time tomorrow, you could have an up-and-running business!

Hi nidailhaque thank you for the great advice here hopefully I can come back here ASAP I'm going back first of April hopefully this year will come back if everything sorted out thank you to all moderator here your very helpful

One more thing I have contract with different network here in UK I tried to cancel it but they don't allowed me to do if I can cancel it I need to pay the cancellation fee of 500-600 pounds which I don't have that kind of money, do you think it will affect that one when I apply visa from my country?
I know it will affect my credit rating but I can't afford to pay it ?whats the worst might happen to me if I didn't pay that?

The best thing to do in ur phone case is to try to downgrade the tarriff by calling ur mobile network provider. if they agree to downgrading it to minimum tarriff possible its fine if not than tell them you are leaving country and network wont get any money if they wont downgrade the tarriff. (of course no one ewants to leave money). you need to push bit harder with customer service and they will reduce it to minimum now that couldn be like 150 to 200 pounds. so give it a go and try to save ur credibility.
