am i HSMP or Tier1

Guys
When applying for ILR on Section 3, they are asking apply under section A or Section B?

I came to UK in Feb 2008 UNDER (HSMP) then in 2010 I got extension but on passport it says Tier 1 Genrnal Migrant.

Shall I say HSMP or Tier1 on the form?

Please help

whatever you currently are.

you need to mention tier 1 general as HSMP will only be in case you fall under HSMP jurisdiction.

Now one more question.
For my dependents (wife and two kids) I can only see one page in SET(O) form, is that all I need to fill in? or do I have to fill in separate form for each of them and send it with my application?
