Wife ILR

Hi everyone,

i have a question i hope you would help

i got my Tier 1 (General) on 4 April 2010

My wife came to UK under Tier 1 (General) Dependent on 23 May 2012

i will be applying for me ILR after 4 April 2015

by that time can i apply for my wife's ILR as well or does she needs to stay for 5 yeras under this Visa?

She is your dependent so she will get whatever visa you get whenever.

She will get the ILR but for naturalization she will have to complete 5yr in UK or you can do together and save 400 quids.
