English language requirments for spouse visa

I will apprciate if some one could help me .
my question is my wife need to pass english test befor she can apply
spouse visa to come to uk. Can any one recommand me good trustworthy
college or test centre in pakistan Mirpur area
reading lots of posts on this forum i am bit confused About City and Guild A1 Level Test because the way they give their result certifcate. Iam wondering if it is appceted by ukba
