FLR maintenance

Post by dazzle » Sat Jan 05, 2013 11:49 pm

Another question about FLR please!

For an application under the old rules, will they take a job offer under consideration for the maintenance requirement?

Present situation is that the sponsor (me) has been unemployed since arriving in the UK two weeks ago. A job offer is in place, starting in beginning of Feb, which is a 10 month contract taking home around £3000 per month.

Around 2k in the bank at the moment, and various benefits applications are in the pipeline for the unemployed period.

We would consider delaying the FLR application until I start work, but I need my passport each time I go to work, so I can't submit it with the application.
