Hey Guyz,

You all must have found out about the new legacy case decided in November 2012.

Who is it actually that this case will apply to?

Is it for people that were issued refusals under the old guidance as per chapter 53, as this has now been amended or will it apply to all cases now decided where applicant is here for over around 6 years?
