Help in choosing business

Hello,
I am on PSW until oct 2013 and want to apply enterpreneur visa after that, so confused about choosing business. I am actually working as manager in retail company with good salary. so and i have bit of touch with IT side, Does any one have ideal which businesses comes under graduate level and Does it needs to relate with our education and work back ground.

so confused about setting up a business which is a basic need to apply this visa.

Any suggestions will be much appreciated.
