Gap between ILR and British Citizenship Application

Post by TG1212 » Tue Jan 08, 2013 4:11 pm

Hi All,

My wife is currently on FLR which is valid till 2014, however, she will be completing 3 years in UK in Dec 2013. I know I have to get her an ILR before she can apply for can apply for Naturalization in Dec 2013. I am planning to apply her ILR in June 2013.

I want to know if the gap of 12 months between ILR and Naturalization is valid for her or not. i.e if she applies for ILR in June 2013 can she apply for Naturalization in Dec 2013

Regards,
Tango
