Confused!! Long residence ILR

Post by ajk73 » Tue Jan 08, 2013 5:01 pm

Hello,

I have searched this forum but cannot find a link to something similar sory if there is.

Basically, came here when I was 11 in June 2002 and was on Limited Leave to remain until 2010 and which point my mother tried to get me ILR as a dependent as I was on my gap year waiting to go to University. This was rejected and instead I got DL for 3 years.

I called UKBA to ask what I need to do as the new DL form applies to failed asylum seekers which I am not and I would have been here for 11 years by the time the DL visa expires. The adviser didnt seem to know himself.

So can I go on and just go on and use SET O or do I need t ask for another DL extension ... if so how?
