Job Description in CAS

Hi There,
Is the below givent Job desription is ok for software developer for SOC 2132. Salary is 26K.

I am a bit confused here because my employer already applied for CAS and thats approved.
This job description i am looking against programmer.

Job Description:
"Responsible for the detailed programming and testing of individual programmes or routines within an overall project. Liaising with clients, scoping and researching requirements.
Responsible for writing and coding individual programmes from specific requirements and responsible for translating software requirements into concise and robust programming code. The role involves the writing specifications and designing, building, testing implementing and supporting applications using various computer languages and development tools. This role also requires continuous growth and dedication to improvement of skills and knowledge in all areas of the software design and delivery."
