Tier 2 ICT Extension for dependents

Hi All,

My husband had applied for Tier 2 ICT extension on Dec end and we had received an acknowledgement letter stating that we had applied for extension.

The acknowledgment letter holds only my husband's name (Main applicant). I would like to know if the dependent applicants also would receive a separate acknowledgement letter???

The problem is my company is not allowing me to work and they had submitted a Employee checking Service for my work permit status with the reference number provided by UK BA in the ack letter.

1. Will that reference number in ack letter holds good even for dependents?
2. how long it does usually take to get a response from UK BA reg Employee Check?
3. We had got an ack letter dated 23/12 and how long it does take for getting the biometric invitation.?

Have you also applied at the same time as your husband on form
