Post by stefancamargo » Sat Jan 12, 2013 4:30 pm

hi guys, i would like to know what happens if the uk leaves eu in terms of permission to work and married visas. Will uk avoid automatictly people from uk and its dependents from going in and working, or there you be a period during wich all rules will still aply. Thanks in advance

You're asking us to speculate on a situation that is only vaguely under discussion.

Even IF a referendum occurs and IF we're allowed a full in-out choice and IF the british public vote out ... there would have to be several years of negotiation ... and THEN there would be a period of transition.

Anyone who gives any opinion will be giving just that - an opinion - and it'd be no better than the opinion of anyone you randomly stop in the street.

The entire state of the immigration system by that time will be very different again.

Don't worry about something that won't occur in the next 12-18 months.
