PROBLEM WITH WP SALRY

I am a new Member after finding about this EXCELLENT FORUM this morning.

I need some expert advise please. I am a 5 year RMIT HOLDER expiring in JULY 2013.

My problem is My EMPLOYER ( a very relative of mine) has not paid me the salary mentioned(IN WP)4years. My fault not considering the future problems I might face. From Last Year he is paying the WP salary above the SOC code rate.

When I apply for My ILR in July 2013. Do I send all 5 year P60s or the last P60 with the employer's letter and other specified documents..

Employer wants me to continue in My present employment.

I know I am facing a serious but is there any way out even if I go for a PEO aPPOINTMENT.

OR DO FORGET ABOUT ILR and return home.

I would be thankfull for any valuable advise .

This looks like immigration fraud with your implicit colaboration. Is it?

I should have thought about it before hand. The business was not running very well. There was not enough money to pay.- me that salary.

Sorry for the late reply.

I have also worked Part Time in a Branch of the parent company. Only problem is different Payroll details.When you add up both the salaries it is equvalent to the WP salary.Will it help.
