my spouse has LLB law from India taught in English medium.
the certificate says bachelors degree.

some questions...

uk narics said even if that is
1 equal to Bachelors in Engalnd terms.
2 and it being in English medium

UK IMMIGRATION MAY STILL REQUIRE english speaking proficiency. as well . they told me to check with UKBA to make sure...

has this happened to you ? did you submit a degree certificate taught in English but still needed additional English speaking clearance as well ?

has uk immigration asked for more documentations about degree and english language ?
