Lol...we have done very well so far, waited 5months already, just one more month...keep up the patience...
Hello guys have you had any information yet. I am still waiting but no reply from home office. It's been five months and four days now. Is this normal?
Normal I guess for HO to make applicants waiting...

Calm down confused,i dnt mean to be negative just being realistic. There are lots of August applicants on this forum without any news from home office;afterall, ukba dnt care if you are positive or negative, they are saddist and they will do anything to keep the status.this is the basis for my statement. However, miracles do happen, but,if you dont expect ,you dont get dissappointed.Good luck all.

You guys are coming close to time frame(6 months) but my advice is just to forget about it and might just arrives, in case of taking long like rest of us waiting for it!!!!
Applied for EEA4 on 24/02/2012.
HO received on 27/02/2012.
Refusal received on 16/08/2012 dated 11/08/2012
At the court, the HO REP withdrawn the decision and asked me to send the DOC for the time before marriage.
PR dated 05/03/2013

Hi everybody!! I'm new here, so i just wanna share my case with you guys, as I'm also waiting for an answer for my PRC:

They received my documents: 03 Sep 2012
Got the CoA: 12 Oct 2012

So it's almost 6 months now and I'm sort of freaking out now.

Still is "good" to now that I'm not the only one out there waiting for my PRC, as this mean that mine is not a separated case.

I'll keep you all inform, as after the 6th month I'm not sure what to do, I'm thinking on calling them but I don't think they'd be able to give me lot of info.

Any way, good luck to all of you, and if any of you have any advise on what to do after the 6th moths please let me know

Cheers

Hello can somebody explain to me. Does the home office starts counting the six months period just after they receive ones application or do they actually count it from when they issue the COA. Becasue they seem not to be explicit on how the six months begin.

Hey guys thank you for you positive thought, but I'm afraid that it's gonna take me more than thoughts to get my RC within the 6 months.

I tried to call them through the number that is shows on the website, but is just a recording telling me the same that is written on the website.

So I just wonder if any of you guys have an email address or tel number where I could talk to someone who deals with enquirers?

for me is 5 months 24 days, in 2 days will be the 6th month.

Cheers

Hi guys

I submitted my application on 10th Sep 2012. So less than 2 weeks to go before it reaches 6 months. I called the UK border agency on Monday 25th. After give them my reference number, the guy answered the phone said that it was still under process. But then he asked me to wait. When he came back to me, he said that something was sent to be that morning by second class record delivery. He doesn't know what's inside, but surely was to my address. He gave me the royal mail tracking number. By now, today is Thursday, i haven't received it yet. But fingers cross, hopefully i will get it tomorrow...
Hope this information helps. I will keep you updated once I receive whatever they were sending to me

i know i am not the only one waiting, i can read from the forum that there are people that are waiting more than 6 months. but i do have hope and i am positive that my PR can still be issued within 6 months. if not then, i can start chasing HO with my application. i don't understand why you think they will move around EEA applications to croydon when it is clearly written that EEA applications to be sent at Liverpool. i havenot heard anyone so far saying that their EEA4 application came from Croydon???? hope you will receive your PR soon, Good luck.
