Tier 1 post gradulate visa to Tier 4

Hi
My sister is on two years visa which she got after completing her Masters.can she go back to Tier 4 and apply for student visa? is it posiible ?

any one from general visa can go back to tier 4. ur sister just have to take admission in some course and send ur documents to home office but also remeber that dont get admission in very much lower course like as she has done master before then don,t go for six months course atleast for diploma or ACCA etc..
