Can you please clarify one thing. In the form it does ask for list of document to provide for any absence.
Did you fill that section, you said you did not provide any proof.
MY summary is below:
On HSMP:
First entry - 14th July 2008
absence:
28th Dec 2008 - 30th Dec 2008--------------------------------------> 1
28th May 2009 - 19th Oct 2009 -------------------------------------->143
Then In may May 2010 I switched to Tier 1
Total Absence in 2010 --------------------------------> 4
Total Absence in 2011 --------------------------------> 13
Total Absence in 2012 --------------------------------> 62
Total so far -----------------------> 227
Do you think I qualify for ILR in July 2013.
Also I think form is still outdated, it ask for more than 3 months absence in one section.
Can you please clarify.
thanks
Can someone now be out of UK on Tier 1 General for more than 90 days in single trip ? My friend has continuous absences of 156days (in one go in a year). Just wondering if he is fine to apply for ILR and continuous residency requirement has not broken ?
Thanks
