velukurthi wrote:Hello Forum,
Please advice I will be completing my 5 years on Tier1 General in May. And planning to apply for ILR.
I would like to know What is Home office ILR eligibility criteria for a person on TIER1 General, do i have to score points again, if yes How many Points ?
Is there a hard rule for TIER1 applicant that they have to compulsory earn £ 35000 Gross Per annum ?
My current earning is only £ 30000 PA Gross. Will this affect me ? Your Valuable advice will be appreciated.
Thank you

No. Where did you get such an idea? Have you read the UKBA guidance for SET(O) applications? If not I would recommend that you do so, specifically see the previous earnings requirements.velukurthi wrote:But only thing which is confusing the earnings "Is there a hard rule for TIER1 General applicant that they have to compulsory earn £ 35000 Gross Per annum to be eligible for ILR ?
