No employer letter is required to confirm absences for T1G applicants. If however your 5 years is made up of LTR with a period of time on an employer sponsored visa such as a WP or T2 visa, then you should IMO take a employer letter to confirm those absences in the event you are asked to produce one.hanke2012 wrote:Also do we need to get employer certify the Absense days from UK for last 5 years?
