Honestly - i think you're right to be afraid.

The requirements are clear - you need to submit 6 months of payslips and the accompanying bank statements.

Hope you get it - but the rules are clear.

Hi can you tell me where it says I must
Submit 6 months payslip
The above was sent as a private message - and I only respond in open forum.

The rules are here:

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/polic ... ndix-fmse/

You want section 2 a.

If appealing, then submit new evidence that predates the refusal.

ECM was right to refuse visa at the time
I can submit the 6 months payslips and bankstatement
Back dated at time of application
Please can someone advise as I don't want to

To ask him if I can win my spouse visa appeal he told me I've got no chance
Reason for refusal I didn't submit 6 months payslip and bank statements
I only submitted 3 months. I told the solicitor that I can provide the missing
Payslips and bankstatements back dated to time of refusal
But he said entry clearance officer was right to refuse your application
And you will lose you appeal as i didnt submit full 6 months payslips/bankstatements so I'm confused
Know as to wot to do everyone on this forum told me I should win as this is
A easy case any advice would be helpful should
I cancel the appeal as my court dates in march 2014 don't want to wait that long only to be refused

She needs to be in the UK for 30 months to be entitled to apply for FLR. The visa is for 33 months so she has 3 months to arrive without it affecting her next application.
