Tier 2 Licence

My company applied for Tier 2 licence on 20th September. UKBA visited our office on 9th January to do the checks and were satisfied with the paperwork. The visiting officer informed us that we should hear from them in 2 weeks. But havent heard from them.

My PSW visa is valid till 12th February. Would the licence come in time?

Also if not what are the other options.

Please let me know.

You can ask your employers to request for Urgent treatment 10 working days before Feb 12th. Worst case scenario apply without license number but with a cover letter from HR. Look for similar thread in this forum.

Ask to your employer to give them a call, UKBA will do that on urgency
